About these terms
These terms govern your use of corvexasoftware.com, operated by Corvex Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which prevails over these terms.
Prices and estimates
Prices shown on this website and results from the cost estimator are indicative starting points in US dollars and do not constitute an offer. A binding price is only given in a written proposal accepted by both parties.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fixed-price projects are invoiced 30% at signature, 40% at the agreed milestone and 30% at delivery. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance. Late invoices may pause work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns the custom source code, designs and deliverables created for them. Open-source components remain under their own licences. Corvex may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific tools.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
Warranty
Defects in delivered work reported within the warranty period stated in the proposal are fixed at no charge. The warranty does not cover changes made by third parties, new features or third-party service outages.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Corvex's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website content is provided "as is" for information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
