• Contact form: your name, email, company, budget range, project details and any estimate you choose to send.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Local preferences: your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare proposals, deliver services you contract with us, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the business (website hosting, email, invoicing and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
