How do fixed prices work?
After a discovery call we write a scope document listing every feature, screen and integration. The price is fixed for that scope. If you want to add something mid-project, we quote it separately before doing it — you're never billed for anything you didn't approve.
How do payments work?
Projects are typically paid 30% to start, 40% at the mid-project milestone and 30% at launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer (ACH / wire) and card.
Who owns the code?
You do. All source code, designs and accounts (GitHub, cloud, app stores) are in your name or transferred to you at handover. No lock-in.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before the discovery call, or send ours.
What if I already have code or a team?
We regularly take over existing projects and work alongside in-house teams. We start with a short code audit so you know exactly what you have before we quote.
What happens after launch?
Bug fixes are free during the warranty (30 or 60 days depending on the package). After that you can move to a monthly plan for maintenance and new features, or take everything in-house with full documentation.
Which time zones do you work in?
We work with clients across the US, Europe and the Middle East, and keep at least 4 hours of overlap with your working day for calls and chat.
